Jeff has received a Bachelor of Commerce Hotel & Food Administration from the University of Guelph and is a Certified Professional Purchaser (CSCMP). He has also taken a University Management Course (U.M.C.) in the year 2000 from the Centre Higher Education Research & Development. With these degrees Jeff has worked for the department of Food Services at Guelph University and more recently, Waterloo University. His various positions include; Assistant Director, Assistant Director of Production and Procurement as well as the Commissary Manager and Buyer. Currently he oversees all all vending (100+ machines) on the Waterloo campus.

Jeff has also been a guest lecturer for the Hospitality Purchasing Management Course at the University of Guelph as well as the President and Treasurer of the Greater Wellington District Ontario Institute of P.M.A.C.

He has been a Food Advisory Board Member at the University of Waterloo as well as the Vice President of the Central Region Canadian College and University Food Service Association. Jeff has many other accomplishments and certifications that make him a great asset to the advisory board.

Jeff has been a head coach of the Guelph Minor Hockey Association in 2006. He has also been a Member of the Purchasing Management Association of Canada since 1991 and Member of the C.C.U.F.S.A since 1992.
