Lois excels at using a multi-faceted approach to business growth.  She loves to help businesses uncover and map their vision, organize it so it's doable, then ensure that the team is on board and the owner is not getting in his or her own way.  

Over the last 20 years, Lois has helped over 3000 individuals and organizations to leverage their strengths and engage in a collaborative approach to growth.  She has worked with people from virtually every size of company and market sector, including insurance, banking and financial services, high tech, government and non-profit, manufacturing, and retail.  Lois’s areas of effectiveness include:  clarifying vision, mission, and brand; developing effective marketing strategies and tactics; process and performance improvement; effective communication; assessments; individual self-awareness and transformation; career development and life transition; change management; team development; coaching and mentoring skills; conflict resolution; and motivation and engagement.

Lois’s educational background includes a BA in History and Education from York University, a Master’s degree in Adult Education from the University of Toronto, and a Business Coach Certificate through B-Coach.  She is continuously networking and learning on behalf of her clients.
